Learn how to handle leadership struggles and problems by first learning skills that can help you, personally, rise above and rise to the challenges that are inevitable with being a leader. 

This is an all inclusive retreat (food, accommodation and workshops) to allow you to develop your leadership skills.

As this is a small 8-12 person retreat, there will be plenty of time for personal (in-group) coaching.
